The practice is currently employed on a wide range of proposals ranging from small-scale housing schemes to large mixed-use developments on inner city ‘Brownfield’ sites. With the depth of our experience we are able to offer careful and considered planning of space that can respond to the local environment and the requirements of our clients in order to produce high quality design.

Approach:

The KKM approach is to aim for flexible collaboration in relation not only to staff but also clients and consultants. This theme extends from the first design inception, through environmental, sustainable and urban design considerations to the actual building process. The collaboration of all involved is crucial to the success of individual projects and also to the practice as a whole. This view is reflected in the open and unstructured nature of the London office.
