2012 London Planning Awards: Triscott House, Hayes
This new and exciting Extra Care Home has been selected as one of the four shortlisted projects for the “Best Place To Live’ in the 2012 London Planning Awards. The scheme provides 47 self-contained unit along with a variety of other facilities and is currently the only Code Level 5 care home.

August 2011:

Buildquality 2011: Caspian Wharf – Bow, London
The scheme received joint award for ‘multi storey development of the year ‘Buildquality 2011. KKM architects conceived the design for development with Berkley Homes. As architects we produced the designed, prepared and submitted all the planning drawings to stage E. This is a 15-storey development in Tower Hamlets comprises of over 500 units.
